Notes: Everett dresses the same lineup with the same lines/pairings for the third straight game, with the only change from Saturday's 4-3 overtime victory at Seattle seeing Austin Lotz step back between the pipes in goal. Overage forwards Joshua Winquist and Manraj Hayer remain out because of concussions. Defenseman Mirco Mueller is at the World Junior Hockey Championships, while defensmen Kevin Davis and Noah Juulsen are at the U-17 World Hockey Challenge. Call-up defenseman Jordan Wharrie plays his third game, but the Tips remain one skater short.

Patrik Polivka gets the start in goal ahead of Coleman Vollrath, who leads the league in goals against average and save percentage.
