Prep girls basketball: Arlington 70, Cascade 30

EVERETT -- Arlington came out strong, outscoring Cascade 22-4 in the first quarter, and the Eagles went on to defeat the Bruins in a Wesco 4A game. Arlington's Lyndsay Leatherman scored 15 points, with Jessica Ludwig and Jayla Russ each adding 13 points. Makinlee Sellevold had six points for Cascade.
