Rain, wind, minor flooding could be on the way

EVERETT -- The next few days in Western Washington are going to be rainy, according to the National Weather Service in Seattle.
Snohomish County's major river systems could see minor flooding as soon as Saturday, especially the North Fork Stillaguamish in the Arlington area.
Starting Thursday, a breezy front could turn into strong windy conditions and continue into the weekend, according to the Weather Service.
Temperatures are predicted in the 40s into next week.
