Of course it will come down to this. It had to come down to this.
The Seahawks and 49ers, NFC West rivals and the teams considered to be the class of the NFC all season, will face off Sunday in the NFC championship game with a Super Bowl berth on the line.

That game will be at 3:30 p.m. at CenturyLink Field, a place where the Seahawks have handed the 49ers lopsided losses in each of the past two seasons, but the 49ers have been playing very well of late, and nobody is expecting anything but tightly-contested, physical slugfest.
San Francisco earned a return trip to Seattle with today’s 23-10 victory over Carolina, which was the NFC’s No. 2 seed and was coming off a bye.
Should be fun.
