A doughnut and not a Mars bar?

Try dunking it in your coffee: A rock about the size and shape of a jelly doughnut appeared in front of the Mars rover Opportunity where it wasn't seen in an earlier photo. NASA scientists theorize that the rock was kicked up by one of the rover's wheels. Tests of the rock's "jelly" center showed high levels of sulfur and magnesium.

Hoping to capitalize on the news, Dunkin' Donuts introduced the new Opportunity Rocks Super Sulfur and Mega Magnesium jelly doughnuts.

Detour ahead: New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie took the oath of office saying he would "stay the course" that the voters set.

New Jersey voters, still upset over allegations Christie's office had caused a traffic jam as political payback, began setting out a course of orange cones in front of Christie that led out of state.

Virtually useless: Las Vegas is the latest frontier for Bitcoins, the currency that exists only online. Vegas visitors can use Bitcoins for rooms, food, drinks and gambling.

But the switch to a virtual currency has puzzled patrons of strip clubs who are now uncertain of how to tip dancers.
