SNOHOMISH — Monroe outscored Snohomish 13-3 in the third quarter and the Bearcats held on to win the Wesco 4A North contest. Rhen Shore scored 14 points for Monroe, while the Panthers’ Josh Baird had 14 points and 13 rebounds.
