The library will not accept drop-off ballots. Instead, voters may leave ballots at 24-hour drop boxes in front of the Lynnwood City Hall and near the Edmonds Library.
Another accessible voting machine already is open at the Snohomish County auditor's office in Everett from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. It will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Election Day, Tuesday.
These machines are designed for disabled voters to vote independently, but any registered voter can use them by showing valid photo identification or signing a declaration with a signature that matches the signature in county records.
The drop boxes close at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Mailed ballots must be postmarked by Election Day.
South Snohomish County ballots include the renewal of a maintenance-and-operations levy and a bond measure for school construction and remodeling.
