Man shot trying to take cop car in Pacific

PACIFIC Police say a man shot by an officer in the town of Pacific is expected to survive.
Sgt. Cindi West tells KING the officer had pulled over a stolen pickup truck Thursday night, and the driver ran away with the officer in pursuit.
The man doubled back and tried to get into the patrol car. West says there was a struggle and the man was shot.
The 41-year-old man was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
