Prep girls basketball: King’s 61, Coupeville 37

SEATTLE — Karly Hibbard scored 11 points and Julia Berenson and Savanna Hanson added 10 points apiece, as King’s beat Coupeville to cap a perfect Cascade Conference slate for the Knights. Both teams qualified for next week’s 1A District 1 tournament. In opening round action, Coupeville will travel to Mount Baker, while King’s will host Friday Harbor.
