MARYSVILLE — At least one person was hospitalized Wednesday morning after a sedan struck a pole in north Marysville.
The crash was reported at 8:38 a.m. in the area of 122nd Place NE and 51st Avenue NE, Marysville police Cmdr. Jeff Goldman said.
The driver, a 26-year-old man, suffered an apparent head injury and was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. A 27-year-old woman was in the passenger seat at the time of the crash. Crews were evaluating her for possible injuries as well, Goldman said. Initial reports were that she was not expected to require hospital care.
