    Ron White of the Tri-Cities poses with the 28-pound catfish he caught while ice fishing at the Potholes Reservoir in Eastern Washington.

An ice fisherman in Eastern Washington made quite a catch recently.

Mike Meseberg, owner of MarDon Resort, reported that Ron White of the Tri-Cities caught a 28-pound channel catfish "through the ice in the Lind Coulee arm of Potholes Reservoir."
