The state Attorney Generalís Office says Rex Newport, 45, pleaded guilty Tuesday to five criminal counts, including unlawful imprisonment and sexual misconduct.
The Attorney Generalís Office says Newport faces a sentence of between 22 and 29 months when he is sentenced in April.
According to court documents, Newport last March showed up at a Colville womanís apartment, handcuffed her and had sex without her consent. Documents say two other women told investigators that Newport had pulled them over on suspicion of driving while drunk, then had sex with them in secluded areas.
