EVERETT — A 19-year-old man was arrested Monday afternoon after a domestic-violence stabbing in the south Everett.
The incident was reported at 1 p.m. at an apartment complex in the 400 block of 85th Place SW, Everett police spokesman Aaron Snell said. The suspect allegedly stabbed a 25-year-old man. The two are family members.
The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive, Snell said.
The suspect was arrested just before 3:30 p.m. He was expected to be booked for investigation of assault.
Horizon Elementary was put on partial lockdown for about an hour during the search.
