On air: It's always a hoot at the Hometown Hootenanny at Everett Historic Theatre. "On the Air" features a radio-style theme. Theater: Check out Village Theatre's take on "The Foreigner." Writer Gale Fiege says "'The Foreigner' is an award-winning comedic farce that remains true to its 1980s sensibilities.
