The owner of Northwest Healing Arts told sheriff’s deputies he saw the man outside about 11:30 p.m. and confronted him with a gun because he has been burglarized in the past.
The owner said the man made a threatening move so he fired.
KXLY-TV reported the wounded man was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center, shot in the abdomen.
