EVERETT — Police are looking into whether armed robberies at espresso stands in Everett and Marysville Thursday morning are connected.
A stand in the 2000 block of Broadway in Everett was robbed around 6:30 a.m,, Everett police officer Aaron Snell said.
The robber reportedly had a handgun and demanded money before running away.
He was described as being in his early 20s and white. He is about 5-foot-2 and weighs around 120 pounds. He was wearing dark clothing.
The espresso stand robbery in Marysville occurred just after 9 a.m. in the 10300 block of State Avenue.
Again, a short man approached the stand on foot, showed a handgun and demanded money, Marysville police Cmdr. Robb Lamoureux said.
