Associated Press
LONGVIEW — Firefighters in Longview say a driver who apparently had a medical emergency damaged two mobile homes and another vehicle.
The Daily News reported that the man was pulled unconscious from his small pickup Thursday and taken to a hospital. His condition was not known. No one else was hurt.
Battalion Chief Troy Buzalsky said firefighters spent about 25 minutes getting the man out of the truck.
Witnesses said the man had been driving slowly, then suddenly accelerated and struck one mobile home. Firefighters said his vehicle bounced off and hit a full-sized pickup, knocking it into a second mobile home. Both homes will be checked for structural damage.
Police are investigating.
