ARLINGTON — Armed with a search warrant, police on Friday discovered methamphetamine, scales and cash at a single-family home in the 20800 block of 66th Avenue NE in Arlington.
The search initially was triggered by the theft of an iPad from the AT&T Wireless store in Arlington on Thursday evening.
The device was turned on around 9:30 p.m., which alerted company officials to its location, Arlington police spokeswoman Kristin Banfield said. The company, in turn, called police.
“No arrests have been made, although the investigation is ongoing,” Banfield said.
