An agreement between the lawyer for Ira Blackstock and prosecutors was signed by a judge Friday in Mount Vernon.

The Skagit Valley Herald reportsBlackstock is free on $270,000 bail while awaiting trial.
The Washington State Patrol says his pickup truck crossed the centerline of Highway 20 on Oct. 31 and hit a car, killing 17-year-old twins Janeah and Janesah Goheen. A third girl in their car was injured.
