Prep baseball: Archbishop Murphy 3, Sultan 1

EVERETT — Archbishop Murphy starter Ryan Dorney threw a complete-game one-hitter and struck out 16 to help Archbishop Murphy earn its first win of the season. The Wildcats’ Steve Papagayo finished 2-for-3. Sultan starter Shawn Smith also went the distance and allowed four hits.
