Prep boys soccer: Kamiak 2, Edmonds-Woodway 1

MUKILTEO — Kamiak scored twice in the first 10 minutes and went on to beat Edmonds-Woodway in a Wesco 4A South contest. Junior Brandon Wright and senior Matt Simmons provided the goals for the Knights. Senior Nick Economou scored in the 79th minute for the Warriors.

Goals—Brandon Wright (K), Matt Simmons (K), Nick Economou (EW). Assists—Jason Kim (K). Goalkeepers—Edmonds-Woodway: Griffin Small. Kamiak: Tristan Bratvold. Records—Edmonds-Woodway 1-1-0 league, 1-1-0 overall. Kamiak 1-1-0, 1-2-0.
