ARLINGTON — The death of a man whose body was found in an apartment fire in Smokey Point in February has been ruled an accident.
Joshua J. Misner, 23, of Arlington, died from burns and smoke inhalation, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The fire was reported about 2:45 p.m. Feb. 4 in the 3200 block of Smokey Point Drive.
Arlington police are wrapping up their investigation, detective Sgt. Dan Cone said Friday.
The cause of the fire also is being investigated by the county fire marshal’s office.
