Prep boys soccer: Arlington 1, Edmonds-Woodway 0

ARLINGTON — Carter Mooring scored the lone goal in the 60th minute off a throw in from Samuel Neilson to lead Arlington to a victory over Edmonds-Woodway in a Wesco 4A match. Lucas Larson provided two key plays on defense for the Eagles, clearing the ball twice to save two goals in the win.

Goals—Carter Mooring (A). Assists—Samuel Neilson (A). Goalkeepers—Edmonds-Woodway: Griffin Small. Arlington: Nick McDonald. Records—Edmonds-Woodway 2-5-2 league, 2-6-2 overall. Arlington 1-8-0, 1-9-0.
