Not having any luck with updating our old computer, we decided to take it to NCC National Computer in Lynnwood. For three days they tried to revive it, but nothing seemed to work.
They called us to come pick it up. When we got there, they said, “no charge.” That was a shock in this day and age. Talk about nice guys.
Being seniors, we really appreciated that. If we have any problems in the future with our new computer, we’ll know where to take it.
