Friendly staff makes for good visit

On Wednesday, I visited the new Herald office on 41st and Colby in hopes of locating a newspaper article printed a couple weeks ago. I had a delightful experience, starting with a friendly young man looking out from inside the locked door, suspecting I hadn’t noticed the call system outside. He was right. He opened the door, escorted me to the elevator and passed me off to an equally friendly gal who took me to the Herald office. Within a few minutes of my request to look through the past few weeks papers, I had all of the last month’s editions in front of me. But I had barely gotten started when another staff member gave me a printout of the subject and finally a young man emerged with the exact article I was looking for.
I truly appreciated the warm reception and all the help. It is obvious to me we have an outstanding Herald staff.
