Fisherman’s Village Music Fest looking for volunteers

Fisherman's Village Music Festival organizers are looking for a few more reliable volunteers to help out with festival logistics on May 16 and 17 at several venues in downtown Everett.
If you want to be part of the inaugural year of the festival, you are asked to send a paragraph about yourself in an email with the word “volunteer” in the subject line to team@thefishermansvillage.com.
Scheduled to play for the festival are than 60 bands, including the Moondoggies, Gardens & Village, La Laz, Rose Windows, The Grizzled Mighty, Wampire, Chad Valley, the Maldives, Wild Ones, Night Beats, Trails & Ways, Fly Moon Royalty, Fresh Espresso and Radiation City. Tickets are available at thefishermansvillage.com/tickets.
In March, festival organizer Ryan Crowther, of the Everett Music Initiative, said he believes the music festival will become an important annual event in the region. “We're reaching out to an audience that stretches from Portland to Vancouver, B.C.,” Crowther said.
