Take a stand against ‘throw-away'

Now this takes the cake, and nerve.
As I was sitting at home Sunday, I happened to look out the window and saw a car stopping, and thought they were having trouble with a couch in the back of their car. Well, they stopped and just dumped it beside the road and left.
It had been raining and would continue to do so, and therefore it would not be of any use to anyone. I am sure the person does not live here and had the nerve to do that.
My neighbor was nice to help me get it into the garage and now I will have to dispose of it myself. There are nonprofit agencies that do take donations and they could have gone into Marysville to donate it.
I hope in the future people will respect our neighborhoods.
