MUKILTEO — South Whidbey starter Charlie Patterson pitched a complete-game shutout with seven strikeouts as the Falcons beat Coupeville in the 1A District 1 Tournament championship game. Sophomore Ricky Muzzy went 3-for-4 with a run scored and Trent Fallon and Brent Piehler each had a hit and a walk for South Whidbey.
