They found a man in his mid-40s whose neck appeared to have been grazed by a bullet. The man was treated at the scene and transported to a local hospital for follow-up treatment. His injuries were not considered life-threatening.
The man was unable to communicate with officers because of a language barrier, and police have not been able to identify a suspect or other individuals who may be connected to the case. The Everett Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit is continuing to investigate the incident.
