Pierce County prosecutors on Wednesday charged 41-year-old Ryan Rhoads and 42-year-old Eric Jacobs with two counts of second-degree theft and other charges.
Prosecutors say the two men used the bank account of Pioneer Pony Baseball to write bad checks and for personal expenses. They say the men collected fees for uniforms but didnt provide them to players.
Rhoads declined to comment to The News Tribune. Jacobs did not respond to a phone message by the newspaper.
