Perhaps the concert title should be “Motown Rises at Tulalip.” Or something like that.

If you’re a fan of the music of 1960s-‘70s Detroit, quick get your ticket to see The Temptations, The Four Tops and Mary Wilson of The Supremes at 7 p.m. July 10 at the Tulalip Amphitheatre.

The original Supremes, arguably the Motown record label’s flagship, included Wilson, Florence Ballard and Diana Ross. In the mid-1960s their No. 1 hits included “Where Did Our Love Go,” “Baby Love,” “Come See About Me,” “Stop In the Name of Love” and “Back in My Arms Again.”

Wilson lasted longer than any member of the Supremes, and then she went onto humanitarian work for which she has been recognized around the world.

In recent years, Wilson has performed frequently with The Four Tops, the group that helped define the Motown sound with songs such as “Baby I Need Your Lovin’,” “I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch),” Reach Out, I’ll Be There,” “Ain’t No Woman Like the One I Got” and “In The Still of the Night.”

The current Four Tops’ repertoire includes soul music, rhythm and blues, disco, pop, doo-wop, jazz and show tunes.

The Temptations, a group of five known for their soul and R&B harmonies, choreography, performance wardrobes and success with Motown Records, are ranked at No. 68 on Rolling Stone magazine’s list of the 100 greatest artists of all time.

The Temptations’ hits included “My Girl,” “Just My Imagination (Running Away with Me),” “Smiling Faces Sometimes,” “Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone” and “Get Ready.”

The current rendition of The Temptations tours and performs the hits, along with other material.

Wilson, a Detroit native and one of the few original Motown stars still performing, is sure to delight the Tulalip audience.
