Associated Press
SPOKANE — The Spokane City Council praised a zombie apocalypse at Monday night’s meeting with a resolution saluting the producers of the “Z-Nation” TV show for filming in the city this summer.
The 13-episode series employs about 300 crew and cast members plus 1,300 extras — many local residents.
KXLY reports producer Rich Cowan thanked the council by giving each member authentic zombie brains.
“Z-Nation” is schedule this fall on the Syfy Network.
