The Herald

Where was news of Jewish boy's death?

An ugly dog wins a contest. That's news. A wolverine spotted in Utah is news. Police look for DUIs is front-page news! An adorable, freckled-faced 16-year-old redhead with braces from Brooklyn is murdered in cold blood by Arab terrorists. Not one line in the Herald.
If it were an Arab teenager killed by an Israeli you can bet it would make the paper.
If Israel retaliates for the murdered American teenager and his two Israeli friends kidnapped on their way home from school and mercilessly slaughtered for no other reason but that they were Jews, you'd be calling the Israelis Nazis or worse. If Israel ever did adopt Nazi tactics and destroyed one Arab village for every Jewish life lost, then maybe, unlike Rodney Dangerfield, they'd finally get some respect. At least they'd get news coverage from the Everett Herald.
Jewish life has always been cheap. I'm not so much disturbed by the press's anti-Israel attitude. After all anti-semitism has been alive and well for over 2,000 years. It's not the journalistic hostility towards Israel that enrages me, it's the utterly callous indifference!
An American citizen was murdered by terrorists because he was Jewish and you say not one word!
How many more Jews have to die before you take notice? Will it take 6 million this time before the crocodile tears begin to flow?
You should be ashamed of yourselves.
