The Cleveland Cavaliers agreed to a one-year contract with veteran wing James Jones, a league source told the Akron Beacon Journal today.
The deal is worth the league minimum.
Jones, a 6-foot-8, 215-pounder, is the second former Miami Heat player to join LeBron James with the Cavs in as many days after Mike Miller agreed to a deal Tuesday.
Jones, 33, averaged 4.9 points per game last season with the Heat. He is an 11-year veteran known for his shooting prowess.
Jones has made 40 percent of his three-point attempts in his career.
