Regarding the article, “17-time felon arrested after Everett carjacking attempt”: So Mr. Westmoreland steals a motorcycle, threatens a family and attempts to carjack their vehicle, then manages to steal another car!
This guy is a lifetime felon and is free to commit more crimes? Where is our justice system? Why was he not put away permanently long ago?
Get caught with a small amount of marijuana, go directly to prison for a long time. Commit a bunch of felonies, you go free. How many does it take to be locked up permanently — 17, 18, 20, 30? Is there no limit? Just wondering.
