EVERETT — The death of a man whose body was found in a south Everett apartment after a fire there two months ago remains under investigation.
The Everett Police Department, the city fire department and the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office all have ongoing investigations, officials said this week.
A medical determination is pending on the cause and manner of death for Danny J. Gregory Sr., 51.
The cause of the May 23 fire also has not been determined, including whether it was intentionally set.
The fire was reported about 2:45 a.m. in the “A” building of the Candlewood Apartments, at the intersection of W. Casino Road and 10th Avenue W.
Gregory lived there with his adult son.
No additional details have been made public since the death.
