Frontier Communications was reporting internet outages on Wednesday in Snohomish County.
Emily Tantare, a spokeswoman for Frontier Communications said Wednesday afternoon that crews have been working for the past 24 hours to restore service in Snohomish County.
She estimated that internet service for 2,800 customers in parts of Bothell, Everett, Edmonds, Granite Falls, Halls Lake, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace and Marysville had been affected.
Michael Clune of Lynnwood said his internet service was disrupted on Tuesday afternoon and 24 hours later it had not been restored. “There’s no timetable on when it will be solved,” he said.
Tantare said she did not have any updated information on when the outages, caused by a data server going down, would be resolved.
