FINLEY — Sheriff’s officials say they have identified the three people found dead on a farm in south-central Washington state.
The Tri-City Herald reported that David Perez Saucedo, 23, and Victoria Torres, 19, were found Saturday near a cornfield in Benton County. KNDU-TV identified the third victim as Abigail Torres, 23, who is no relation to Virginia Torres. Their hometowns have not been released.
The case is being investigated as a triple homicide.
Authorities say a farmworker found two of the bodies about 6 a.m. Saturday, and Benton County sheriff’s deputies arrived soon afterward and found the third body.
Autopsies are set for Monday.
Deputies say they’re looking for at least one person who may be responsible for the killings, but members of the community should not be concerned for their safety.
