EVERETT — Detectives are asking for the public’s help to find a woman who is suspected of threatening to assault a witness in a criminal case.
Angel Kirchgessner, 29, and her boyfriend, Joshua Hoy, are suspects in a 2013 burglary in Granite Falls. They allegedly stole a credit card and used it to buy about $1,400 in merchandise.
Kirchgessner allegedly threatened to assault a witness if that person didn’t recant statements made to police regarding the incident, said Shari Ireton, spokeswoman for the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
Hoy is locked up in federal detention. Officers have been unable to locate Kirchgessner. She is believed to be homeless but might be staying in Marysville or Granite Falls. She is 5 feet 1 inches tall with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to the sheriff’s tip line at 425-388-3845.
