BELLEVUE Police say a man died in a knife attack at a fast-food restaurant in Bellevue and an assailant was captured.
Bellevue police said in a statement that officers responded to a Burger King in the 14600 block of Northeast 24th Street at about 3:20 p.m. Sunday after receiving reports of the stabbing. The suspect fled, but officers apprehended him in a nearby parking lot without incident.
Police said a man between 35 and 40 years old collapsed outside the restaurant and was pronounced dead. The Burger King is closed as detectives investigate.
Police said they believe just the one suspect was involved. The identities of the victim and suspect have not yet been released.
