Among Monday’s best bets on television
Season 21 of “America’s Next Top Model,” begins with a selfie contest. Pout or smile? Pout or smile? I can’t decide. 8 p.m., CW.
“Dora and Friends: Into the City” is a spinoff of the popular children’s show. It follows Dora, now 10 years old, and a group of new pals as they embark on adventures in a pan-Latino metropolis by the sea. 8 p.m., Nickelodeon.
A new season of “Fast n’ Loud” revs up tonight. 8 p.m., Discovery.
The documentary, “Captivated: The Trials Of Pamela Smart,” looks back at Smart, who was convicted in 1991 of colluding with a teen paramour to off her husband. 8 p.m., HBO.
The last time we saw “Dallas,” Southfork was ablaze. The sizzling drama returns tonight and the Ewings, naturally, are demanding answers about the fire that put their family ranch in peril. 9 p.m., TNT.
Watch “Carnival Eats,” but wait a while before you get on any fast, twirly rides. 9:30 p.m., Cooking.
