After scoring in the bottom of the first, Boise tacked on two more runs in the fourth inning. Danny Canela and Jesse Hodges led off the inning with back-to-back doubles to give Boise a 2-0 lead. Everett starter Jeffeson Medina pitched five innings, allowing three runs, two earned, on four hits while striking out two.
The Aquasox had more hits than Boise — 8-5 — but the Sox were 0-for-5 with runners in scoring position.
Everett has been shut out seven times this season.
