Among Tuesday’s best bets on television:
On “Emmy Awards Fashion Police” Joan Rivers and her panel tear the Emmy celebrities a new one — oh, hush, we’re talking about a seam. 8 p.m., E!
“Planet Earth: Human Planet” looks at man’s connection to extreme environments. 9 p.m., BBC America.
“Restaurant Startup” visits an anchovy restaurant with a rock ‘n’ roll theme. Can’t be any worse than Red Lobster. 9 p.m., CNBC.
On the season finale of “Tyrant,” Barry (Adam Rayner) receives some bad news. Of course, he should be used to that by now. 10 p.m., FX.
The laughter is about to die on “Chelsea Lately” as Handler moves on after seven seasons. The finale’s guest list includes Jennifer Aniston, Sandra Bullock and 50 Cent. 11 p.m., E!
