Company never cared about jobs

What a joke! Kimberly-Clark's answer to the lawsuit filed by the city of Everett is filled with as much “hogwash” as all of the rest of the smoke they tried to blow past the mill employees when they said the mill was for sale.
K-C says “it believes it has acted appropriately and complied with all permit requirements in its efforts to safely demolish and remediate the site so it can be effectively marketed and redeveloped in order to bring jobs back to Everett.”
Just curious, since when did K-C care about jobs in Everett? With their short memories they seem to have forgotten that “they,” the same K-C that is making bold statements about jobs, eliminated 750-plus jobs in our community and changed a whole lot of lives forever.
