SPOKANE — Washington State Patrol troopers have arrested a 52-year-old Spokane Valley man after a 75-mile high-speed pursuit that took them from the Spokane area southwest to Ritzville along I-90.
KREM-TV reported that troopers say they had received several reports of a man driving erratically Wednesday on I-90 in Spokane. They say he refused to pull over and took off at speeds as high as 110 mile per hour.
The State Patrol finally used spike strips to stop the driver. Troopers say he had four previous DUI convictions.
The man was booked into the Adams County Jail for investigation of felony DUI, felony eluding, reckless driving and driving with a revoked license.
