SEATTLE — A developer is starting construction on a 40-story building in downtown Seattle that will hold about 400 apartments.
The Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce reported that the city issued a land use permit last week to Equity Residential for the apartment tower.
The project at 204 Pine Street is located between the Pike Place Market and the downtown retail core.
