October is going to be a very busy and fun month for music between Everett and Seattle and it all starts with a couple of great lineups this weekend.
On Friday, Oct. 3, swampy, bluesy rock comes to downtown Everett when Lonesome Shack, Bigfoot Wallace &His Wicked Sons, Pampa, and Everett band Choir of Crickets take the stage at The Cannery.$7 tickets online or $10 at the door. 21+.
Saturday, Oct. 4, brings a full day of music across 8 different stages at Ballard’s Macefield Music Festival. Everett band Fauna Shade will be sharing the main stage with The Posies, The Maldives and others. Single day tickets are $25 each or a weekend pass is $40. All ages.
Oct. 17 and 18 the Fisherman’s Village Music Festival presents The Feast. Ten bands over two days at The Cannery featuring performances from The Grizzled Mighty, Sisters, Battleme, Tangerine, Everett bands Born Of Ghosts and more. Single day tickets are $10 or just $15 for a weekend pass.
Oct. 28, Neumos is throwing their Ballot Bash with performances by My Goodness and Ravenna Woods. Oops, forgot to mention the best part. This show is FREE! Making sure to vote and getting to see two of the best bands Seattle has to offer at no cost is a pretty great way to spend a Tuesday night.
Of course the last show of the month is a Halloween show. On October 31 the Everett Music Initiative presents the Halloween Hauntage at The Cannery featuring Los Angles band Corners, Drinking Flowers and a DJ set from Everett’s I Will Keep Your Ghost. So start picking out your costume and get ready for a fun night of music and dancing in downtown Everett. Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door.
