Everett Clinic adds pediatrician, family practice doctor
The Everett Clinic has welcomed pediatrician Dr. Yu Lisa Shen to its Marysville Clinic and Dr. Andrea Drown to Family Medicine at Smokey Point Medical Center. Shen is board certified in pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Drown is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association and Washington Academy of Family Physicians.

Foggy Noggin wins awards for its brew
Bothell’s Foggy Noggin Brewing has received five awards in the 2014 Northwest Brewing News Readers Choice Awards. They include: Best Nano Brewery for Washington state; Best Brown Ale — Butch’s Brew; Best Cream Ale — Foggy Noggin Cream Ale; Best Fruit Beer — Cranberry Frost; and Best Pale Ale — Diablo del Sol.
Ticor Title in Everett collects toys, donations
Ticor Title has announced that the toy drive held at the City of Everett’s Wintertide event was successful. All toys, hats, coats, gloves and cash donations went to Snohomish County’s Christmas House. About six large Les Scwab Tire bags full of donations were collected along with a small amount of cash that will purchase a large amount of toys.
Snohomish banks collect food, donations for food bank
Select Snohomish bank branches will battle it out through Dec. 29 to fight hunger during the sixth annual Battle of the Banks to Benefit the Bank. Nonperishable food items and monetary donations for the Snohomish Community Food Bank are being collected at Washington Federal, Columbia Bank, Coastal Community Bank, Opus Bank and Peoples Bank in Snohomish.

Xfinity store opens in new location in Lynnwood
Comcast Customer Service Center in Lynnwood is getting a new name and a new location. It will become the Xfinity store on Monday when it moves to 3105 Alderwood Mall Blvd., Suite Q. The new store is next to the Michaels Store, part of the Alderwood Towne Center, south of the Alderwood Mall. On Tuesday, Seattle Seahawks wide receive Doug Baldwin will be on hand to greet people and sign autographs from 1 to 3 p.m.
