Landau Associates in Edmonds hires four
Landau Associates has promoted Darlene Ruth to operations associate, Brandon Duncan to project engineer, Mark Brunner to senior planner and Jeremy Davis to associate at the Edmonds office. Ruth supports internal clients and organizes corporate events. Duncan implements groundwater and soil remediation systems and monitoring plans. Brunner specializes in air quality permitting. Davis is involved with environmental investigations and cleanups.
Angel of the Winds holds Super Bowl contest

Nominations sought for Vision 2040 awards
The Puget Sound Regional Council is accepting nominations for its annual Vision 2040 Awards program until March 27. The awards recognize the superb work being done to achieve the region’s growth, economic, and transportation strategy, Vision 2040. Arlington receives $50,000 grant
The Washington State Community Economic Revitalization Board approved $412,500 in public investments for infrastructure development and economic feasibility studies targeting business growth and job creation. Locally, the city of Arlington received a $50,000 grant for a feasibility study to develop the Arlington Valley Road. The Port District of South Whidbey received $45,000 for a feasibility study to develop the Island County Fairgrounds.
