New sales associate at North Homes Realty

North Homes Realty has hired Jennifer Bianchi as a sales associate. She will specialize in residential and commercial property sales in the Lynnwood area. Bianchi completed extensive training through the Rockwell Institute in Bellevue. She is a supporter of Easter Seals through Century 21 and donates a portion of every sale to that organization.

Ag center to link farms with lenders

The Northwest Agriculture Business Center invites farm and food-related business to an all-day event to meet face-to-face with representatives of lending programs and financial institutions that provide loans from less than $5,000 to more than $1 million. Website releases data on gas costs

GasBuddy.com released its gasoline price forecast for the Seattle metropolitan area. The company’s forecast for the 2015 peak daily average price for the area is $3 to $3.40 per gallon with an annual average between $2.85 and $3.10. This area was the 40th most expensive market out of 444 tracked by the company in 2014.

Foggy Noggin releasing new batch of Cease &Desist IPA

Bothell’s Foggy Noggin Brewing is releasing its 2015 Super Bowl Edition: Cease &Desist IPA, formerly known as 12th Man Skittles IPA, at one location for the 2015 Super Bowl. The brewery was sent a letter last year from Texas A&M threatening them to stop using the 12th Man name. The release is in time for the 3:30 p.m. kick-off on Sunday at Elliott Bay Pizza in Mill Creek.

New project manager at Lynnwood’s Sparling

Sparling in Lynnwood has added William Phelps to its technology practice as project manager. He has more than 35 years of experience as a technology consultant. Currently, Phelps is providing technology design and project management for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Base-wide Upgrades, Lincoln Square Expansion in Bellevue, University of Washington Medical Center Montlake Tower Phase II, and Grays Harbor College STEM Building.
